Stuffed Eggs Diablo

Bring extraordinary flavor to classic deviled eggs with a touch of Smoked Recipe Bloom Sauce - you’ll never make them without it again.

12 hard cooked eggs
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp chopped chives
2 tbsp Smoked Recipe Bloom Sauce & Marinade
24 thin slices pimento, 1 1/2 inches long
capers (optional)
minced onions (optional)
chopped smoked salmon (optional)
chopped anchovies (optional)

Divide eggs in half. remove yolks, and carefully place whites in ice water before filling.

Add yolks, butter, mayonnaise, mustard, chives and Smoked Bloom Sauce & Marinade to mixing bowl.

Beat until creamy and smooth. Fill egg white halves generously.

Make a ring of a small strip of pimento by rolling around finger tip. Place on top of egg and fill center with capers, tiny minced onions, chopped salmon, or chopped anchovies.

Serve on a bed of crushed ice with fresh chopped parsley under eggs. Garnish with lemon sections.
