This refreshing summer corn salad is packed full of flavor. It's easy to make and take for picnics and potlucks. It goes well with beef for summer BBQ's.

Summer Corn Salad

  cup distilled white vinegar
 2 tsp Original Recipe Bloom Sauce & Marinade
 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 1 tbsp sugar
 ½ tsp kosher salt
 ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
 3 cups corn kernels (5-6 medium cobs, canned or frozen are an option as well)
 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded and diced
 2 jalapeno chilies, cored, seeded and diced small
 ¼ cup chopped fresh dill or 1/2 tbsp dried dill

Whisk together the vinegar, Bloom Sauce & Marinade Gluten-Free Recipe, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the corn, bell pepper, jalapenos, and dill. Toss everything together. Serve chilled
